If you do not wish to receive marketing information, you may opt out at any time by notifying us.
We may also collect personal information (including credit and health information) on behalf of the insurers and other providers of products that you choose to apply for (Product Providers). Product Providers will have their own Privacy Policy that applies to the information that we collect on their behalf.

Product Providers. For the purpose of providing you with assistance and advice during the life of your policy with them. Some Product Providers may also periodically disclose your premium to us as part of the commission payments process over the term of your Insurance.

If you provide us with personal information about anyone else, you must have collected that personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act. You will need to confirm that the individual concerned has:
Authorised the disclosure to us.
Authorised us to collect, use and disclose their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Been informed of their right to access and request corrections to their personal information.

Before disclosing your personal information to another person or organisation, we will take all reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the person or organisation has a commitment to protecting your personal information that is at least equal to ours.

You are not required to provide any personal information to us, but if you choose not to it might affect our ability to provide services to you and your ability to obtain Insurance and other Products from Product Providers.
In most circumstances it will be necessary for us to identify you in order to successfully do business with you.
You may choose to interact with our website anonymously, but we will not be able to contact you unless you provide your personal information.

You may access and request correction of any of the personal information that we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We may charge a fee for our reasonable costs of retrieving and supplying the information to you.

We take reasonable steps to protect any personal information that we hold from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. However, data protection measures are never completely secure and, despite the robust measures we have in place, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. You must take care to ensure you protect your personal information. You must notify us as soon as possible if you become aware of any security breaches. Where required by law, we will let you know of any notifiable breach concerning your personal information.
